Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated iGaming Affiliate Manager to join our team. The iGaming Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliate partners to drive player acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, and a proven track record of success in affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive player acquisition and revenue growth.
– Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and incentives to optimize performance.
– Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and payment terms.
– Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
– Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
– Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
– Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
– Fluency in English or Russian language, knowledge of additional European language will be an advantage.
